The Rodhia and Michel Dufet collection
The Dufet Collection came to the Musée Bourdelle in 2002 from Rhodia Dufet-Bourdelle’s bequest to the City of Paris. It includes 34 pieces of furniture created by interior designer Michel Dufet (1888-1985) from the 1910s to 1950s, as well as a private collection. These also reflect the essential role Dufet played alongside his wife Rhodia, in defining the Musée Bourdelle’s programme and publications.
The collection also includes paintings, drawings, sculptures and objects, along with handwritten documents, books and magazineswhich belonged to Rhodia and Michel Dufet.
The collection is currently being inventoried and cannot be shared with the public at this time.
